وأصبح العقيدي مفضل في حسابات جارسيا على حساب المخضرم وليد عبدالله، بينما أوسبينا هو الحارس رقم 1 لصفوف النصر في الموسم الجاري.

As a result, it is believed that Icardi wants to move away from PSG due to becoming a ‘luxury’ stand-in for the club’s starting trio of Neymar, Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe (Foot Mercato).

As per another update by the French source, Icardi’s entourage have now offered Spurs, as well as Newcastle, Barcelona and Juventus, the chance to sign the Argentina striker.

They describe the subject of his future as PSG’s ‘biggest issue’ in the January transfer window, and while a return to Italy is more plausible, they hint that Tottenham or a move to the Premier League shouldn’t be ruled out entirely.

Icardi comes as an ideal alternative to Fiorentina striker Dusan Vlahovic if Tottenham can’t get a deal done for the Serbian.

The PSG forward, who earns a reported £165,000 per week, has been described as ‘world-class’ by Italy defender Georgio Chiellini, while his goal record speaks for itself.

Racking up a 171-goal senior career total, the player is certainly adept at finding the target despite his recent lack of minutes, and he would certainly provide some serious competition for Kane in N17.

وقال كولر في حواره مع الموقع الرسمي للأهلي: “تولي القيادة الفنية في الأهلي تجربة جديدة وتحدٍّ كبير يتطلب من الجميع التعاون والتكاتف والالتزام بروح الفريق؛ حتى يتحقق النجاح، عملت لسنوات طويلة في ألمانيا والنمسا، وأدرك جيدًا أن التدريب في نادٍ بحجم بطل إفريقيا سوف يكون مختلفًا للغاية، ويتطلب مزيدًا من الجهد والعمل”.

وأضاف: “بدأت معرفة الكثير عن الفريق، ولكن بالطبع الرؤية على أرض الواقع ستكون مختلفة عما شاهدته من لقطات مسجلة، وعندما أشاهد اللاعبين على أرضية الملعب وقتها يمكن تكوين وجهة نظر عن مستواهم الفني، وما يمكنهم تقديمه للفريق، وبالتأكيد عندما شاهدت بعض المباريات كان لديَّ العديد من الملاحظات التي سوف تكون بداية عملي مع اللاعبين خلال الفترة المقبلة”.

وواصل: “رغم مشاهدتي للفريق إلا أنني لا أريد الإفصاح عن ملاحظاتي على الملأ، لأنه من المهم جدا أن نتحدث مع اللاعبين في البداية، ولديَّ الكثير من الأفكار، وبكل تأكيد هناك بعض الأمور أريد تغييرها، ويجب أن ننقل هذه الأفكار إلى اللاعبين في البداية والعمل بقوة على تطبيقها في أرض الملعب”. سبب الابتعاد عن التدريب

وأوضح المدرب السويسري أنه خلال العامين الماضيين خضع لجراحة في الركبة، وهو ما جعله يبتعد عن التدريب، بالإضافة إلى تفشي فيروس كورونا، ولكنه استغل هذه الفترة في مشاهدة المباريات بشكل أكبر، ودراسة وقراءة الكثير من طرق اللعب وأساليب تطوير الفرق بدنيًّا وفنيًّا.

وأشار إلى أنه عمل خلال هذه الفترة على تطوير طريقته في التدريب، والوصول إلى أفكار جديدة، وأنه بالتأكيد سوف يسعى لتوصيل هذه الأمور إلى لاعبي الأهلي وتطبيق فلسفته في اللعب بشكل عملي؛ من أجل قيادة الفريق للفوز بالبطولات.

The previous best score was Martin Venter’s 166 for North West against KwaZulu-Natal in 1997.The new format follows the England board’s decision to do away with their 50-over competition. While the teams can pick 12 players, only 11 can bat and field. The first Powerplay extends up to 10 overs and the second for five and both must be taken before the 35th over. For one, four fielders will be allowed outside the ring, and for the other three. Also for rain delays overs will be deducted immediately, and matches will be played over a set period regardless of the weather.Such was van Wyk’s dominance of the Lions’ bowling that the second best score was the captain Boeta Dippenaar’s 36 off 39 balls. van Wyk added 80 for the first wicket with Reeza Hendricks (22), 46 with Rilee Roussow (26), 96 with Dippenaar and 43 with Johan van der Wath (21). Lots of Everton fans have been left stunned by the latest news on their proposed new stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock.

As per the official website of the Merseyside club, all of the water in the dock has now been displaced with sand after three months of construction, a major step in the development.

The sand allows a solid bed for where the new 52,888-capacity ground can emerge, and so the second phase of the ground works has now begun, which is compacting the sand.

The Toffees released a video of the completed phase on their official Twitter page, with insight from some of the construction workers on the process and what is happening next.

Nonetheless, a lot of Blues supporters were delighted with the progress that has been made, and cannot wait to move out of Goodison Park and into their new home.

West Bromwich Albion have been in a ‘will they, won’t they?’ saga with the transfer rumours surrounding Dwight Gayle and there have now been further reports connecting the Championship goal machine back to the club yet again.

West Brom have been heavily linked to offer a return opportunity for Dwight Gayle to assist the side in gaining promotion back into the Premier League this season and now that the 32-year-old has reportedly been made available for loan, it’s time for Ismael to swoop in for the striker.

The last time the £40k-per-week player went on loan from Newcastle to West Bromwich Albion was the 2018/19 season in the Championship where he scored 24 goals and bagged eight assists for the Baggies, albeit not enough to get them promoted that term when they finished fourth, losing to Aston Villa in the playoffs.

Now the Magpies centre forward could be set for a return if Valerien Ismael can seal the deal to bring him back to the club in the winter transfer window, as it appears Newcastle have given the green light for him to depart for the rest of the season.

Gayle’s former teammate and West Brom defender, Kyle Bartley, was full of praise for the striker calling him a “proven goalscorer” when he was asked about him in an interview, hailing qualities that would make him a phenomenal addition at the Hawthorns.

“Dwight is a proven goalscorer and he is always going to get you goals and his work rate off the ball is also immense.”

Fans have been buzzing at the speculation of a return for the former Baggies player, with many taking to social media to express their desire to get him back in January.

One Albion fan tweeted; “Gayle HAS to be better than Hugill and Zahpoor so yes. Wages though…. Hmmmm.”

West Brom are desperate to add a prolific goal scorer to their side in January, as they attempt to climb the table into one of the two automatic promotion spots.

Gayle does have the experience and tenacity to handle the Championship, with a proven record of scoring important goals in the second tier for both the Baggies and Newcastle.

Ismael will be working closely with the board to ensure that the right players are brought into the club in January and West Brom can get a healthy run of form going with more goals being scored and better finishing in the side going forward into the second half of the season.

It’s evident that their former loan star would fit the bill. They’ve scored 21 goals fewer than league leaders Fulham this term so need all the additional help they can get if they want to seal promotion back to the promised land of the Premier League.

Although Gayle hasn’t exactly been on fire for the Toon, failing to score this campaign, his tally of 59 Championship goals is something for fans to get excited about.

They simply have to sign him, or a player of his proven calibre, in order to better their current league position.
